TSP/IP Problems

Having a problem with loosing DNS setting. I do a right
click on my bradband icon. I go to properties (Networking)
in internet on Protocal (TCP/IP) then to properties. I
then select "use the following DNS server address" I put
in the addresses, but it does not save them...

Plese help
