TS server application installs

I have a few applications that i have to install on my
Terminal server in app mode. The application requires a
batch file to run with settings for the users. How do I
propagate those settings for each user instead of logging
on as that user and running that batch file? I thought
it would put those settings in Default user...

Could you run the batch file as part of the logon script?

Could you run the batch file for a test user, then just
copy those settings to each user upon logon?

Way put it in default user - Default user is only uset to create new users
from, and i ges that you want it to aplay all users.
If that is right then place it in all users.
