TS connection problem

A remote client has been VPNing into our network and
making TS connections to one of our servers for a few
months. Suddenly it can no longer make the TS connection
although can still VPN into our network. The only change
is that the remote client has moved and so now has a
different IP address. Could this be the problem if the
client can still VPN into the network? Any suggestions
would be appreciated.

You should check with the ISP or the company the client
is coming from to see if tcp port 3389 is available
throught the firewall.
