TS client disconnects

I have clients machine that gets a disconnect response
from a the TS server. I have 15 client machine and 3 of
the cannot get into the TS why? Is it because the 3
remaining machine have never logon before or they cannot
get anymore licenses? without buying anymore licenses is
there anything else I can do?
 
Check the EventLog on the TS. If it is a license issue, the EventLog
will tel you so. You can also check in your TS Licensing Manager to
see if you have any free licenses available.
