Disconnected sessions if idle

I have a W2K Terminal Server SP4 with a License server on
a DC. (seperate box) The clients are WXP and W2K usine the
remote desktop. Local and Group policy idle before
disconnect is set to 99999. Local on client is set to
never disconnect, also in the TS Configuration. I still
get client disconnecting, usually after 15 min, sometimes
after 5 of idle. Can anybody please shed some light for me
getting a little frustrated. Thank You in advance.
