TS CAL

I have a user thet connects to our server who was assigned
a temporary TS CAL. It has expired and will not allow her
to log on. All other users (12 total) are assigned
legitimate TS CALS that do not expire. I have plenty of
CALs available but it is not assigning this user one and
it will not renew the CAL. I tried Microsoft article
number KB 248430 and tried to maually remove the license
from the client machine but it did not show up in the
rgistry as outline in the article.
Any ideas how to get her connected again?

It sounds like it has a CAL from the old days, before the
license hotfix. The only way I've found around it is to
re-install NT.

Terminal services is running on a 2000 Server and the
client connection is from a windows XP machine. The
licensing server is a 2000 server also(the domain
controller)
