Trying to uninstall program

I have been trying to remove a game from my pc as I think
is causing my computer to crash all the time but I cannot
remove it as I get the following message UNABLE TO LOCATE
THE INSTALLATION LOG FILE: C:\PROGRAM FILES\RED STORM
ENTERTAINMENT\ROGUE SPEAR\UNINST.ISU.
I have tried to reinstall the programm in order to
uninstall it but I do not have the option of installing
it.
What other option do I have to get rid of this program ?
