trying to remove program please help

I have been trying to remove a game from my pc as I think
is causing my computer to crash all the time but I cannot
remove it as I get the following message UNABLE TO LOCATE
THE INSTALLATION LOG FILE: C:\PROGRAM FILES\RED STORM
ENTERTAINMENT\ROGUE SPEAR\UNINST.ISU.

I would reinstall it again and then try uninstalling, that should fix it.
