Trying to stop a progarm from launching everytime I start computer

How do I stop a program from launching every time I turn
on my computer. I am running Windows XP.

Hi

Start>Run - then type in "msconfig" - without the quotes - Startup tab. If there is a reference to the program in there, uncheck it and then reboot your PC. Failing that, have a look in the program itself - there may a Startup option available there.
