Trying to make a paragraph fit each line to be perfectly lined up on both right and left side

I know there is a way to have word add spaces or condense words so that the paragraph is perfectly lined up on both the right and left side.. anyone know how to do this???

Yes. It is called full justify. Put your cursor in the
paragraph and depress CTRL+j.

Note this obviously won't expand a hanging single word or
two in the last line of a paragraph all the way across the
page.

At the top of your page on the formatting toolbar, click on the justify icon ... it's the one that has the little picture of all the lines going equally across the page.

If you want to fully justify a single word on a line, or force Word to
adjust the spacing of letters as well as the width of spaces, you can also
"distribute" the paragraph.

Put the cursor in the paragraph and press Ctrl+Shift+j.

You'll have to adjust the font size yourself to make it look "nice".

Any other paragraph alignment (Left, Center, ...) will get rid of the
"Distribute" alignment. Or hit Chtl+Q (ResetPara) to remove it.
