Trying to figure out what dvsocket is & why it crashes

Recently my computer, when I attempt to shut it down,
comes up with a dvsocket application its trying to close.
Then it hangs the shutdown until I hit the "End Progam"
button. I cannot find the executable ANYWHERE on the PC,
and I'm running Windows XP Pro with all the available
security patches. Anyone got any ideas what the hell this
is?? I virus scanned and adware scanned and nothing was
found, and goggle was useless. Any help would be
appreciated!!!!

To end the app during shutdown:

This edit automatically ends tasks and timeouts that prevent programs from
shutting down and clears the Paging File on Exit.
