Trying to defrag XP Home

I need some help! I try to defrag my other computer and when it is
analyzing, I get a message that says " The scan has been canceled because an
error occured in file C:\WINDOWS\ZMFCEC.DAT" I have tried to search for this
file on three different computers, including the one I am trying to defrag,
unable to find it. I have searched the net for any information, but have
found nothing. I can't defrag my computer!! Does anyone know what is going
on and how I can fix it? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
