Trust between 2 Win2k AD domains

Ieperate Win2k domains, and would like to setup a trust
between the two. They each are running their own dns,
and I have setup forwarders between them. I am still
unable to setup the trust, it tells me the domain cannot
be contacted. Any ideas?

I was able to setup the trust between the 2 domains, made
each dns server secondary to the other. My next question
is how do you give admins from one domain rights to
administer the other domain through AD Users and
computers. Also, how can I add a user from domain A to
the Domain Admins group in domain B. I tried, but the
users from the other domain were not available to add.
