Truncated recorded narration PPvX Mac

Recorded narrations are cut short, truncated, when
recording a presentation on PP vX for Mac. I am recording
slide timings and there is no animation or rehearsed
timing.


Truncation could be seconds or minutes. There is no
pattern but it is frustrating to try to record a lecture
and the recordings are cut short.
The machine has plenty of RAM and processing speed.
