I had installed and uninstalled ZoneAlarm Pro last time... how come i still
got problem relating to it ?...

TrueVector driver: Driver install or load failure: MarkNTDeviceDriver. Win32
error: Access is denied.

ZoneAlarm is quite involved to uninstall. There is a rather lengthy
process. Go to ZoneAlarm's tech support page and find instructions as
to how to completely uninstall ZA.
