Troubleshoot Message Tracking

My message tracking is not working. I chose the option of requesting for
Delivery Receipts for outgoing email messages but I don't receive any. When
I check the Properties for my Sent messages, it confirms Delivery Receipt is
requested but I don't receive any notification. How can I fix this problem?

Not all mail servers return delivery receipts. If you go into Tools | Options | Email Options | Tracking Options, you can clear the box for "Process responses and receipts automatically." That will at least let you see whether you're getting any. You might also want to check your junk mail folder.
