Troubleshoot Message Tracking - Outlook 2003

My message tracking is not working. I chose the option of requesting for
Delivery Receipts for outgoing email messages but I don't receive any. When
I check the Properties for my Sent messages, it confirms Delivery Receipt is
requested but I don't receive any notification. How can I fix this problem?

There is nothing to fix. Many mail servers do not support sending a
"delivery receipt" and therefore you will not receive one.

unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.
