Troubleshoot Meeting Request - Stuck in my Outbox.

I've used Invite Attendees to email a meeting request to a colleague but the
meeting request is sitting in my outbox and blocking me from sending any
other emails. It won't allow me to open it, or delete it (says Microsoft has
already begun transmitting). I have "use iCalendar" enabled, and am using
Outlook 2003.
