I am having some difficulty using the iCalendar feature in Outlook I was hoping someone could help me with.
Essentialy I would like to send out an email to a large group of people which contains hyperlinks to several different meeting requests, so the reader can then choose which time/day suits them best and accept it.
I cant seem to work out a way of doing this without first sending everyone a meeting request, then saving it as a .ics file, and then hyperlinking it within an email. I would like to just send out a single email rather than several different meeting requests..is this possible?
