Troubles with fax covers on 2003SBS

Hi

I can't send fax from clients with covers, but, if I send the fax without
cover, the fax goes out.

I'm administrator of the domain and I have the same problem

anyone can help me??

I have the same issue (Windows2003 Server Standard) you can check
previous posts named "Faxes not sent when using a cover page" - I did
not get a second reply that may suggest what is the problem thus far.

When did that problem start? It started here after I added a public
cover page (that worked for couple of days) and then installed the
shared fax printer to about 30 users.

Removing the cover page I created or using the default cover pages have
the same results.

Can you repeat the steps prior to the beginning of the problem? If we
can find similarities maybe we can solve the problem.

Hi,
i have the same problem but I realized that the problem is not only with the
cover page but with the multipage faxes as well. Indeed if you try to sent a
fax with Word ( or other MS program ) you will get a fax with odd pages
correct and the even page blank ( here's what you see in your case ).
Unfortunately, I haven't resolved my problem but i think it is due to modem
problems.
