trouble with windows update

Windows update keeps telling me I have an update to
install, which I do each time- except the update is the
exact same one as before: KB828741. What do I do to get
this thing to stop asking me to install every time I boot
up (without disabling the automatic update feature)? I
must have installed this thing at least 10 times already.
