Trouble with Second Monitor

I am trying to use a projector with my notebook. I have Win XP SP2 home
edition on the notebook. The problem is, with the projector connected to the
notebook, when I start the notebook, it always chooses the projector as the
primary monitor, making it hard to use it with Microsoft Power Point. How can
I get it to choose it's own monitor as the primary and the projector as the
secondary?
 
read the laptop manual.. some laptops do that by default and it cannot be
changed because its a hardware limitation
