Trouble with Rules

I made several rules for the Emails to sort them in diefferent diretories
etc.
Last day I let all the rules run over the Inbox-Directory
Now many Emails are missing, they are not in the trash.

Is there any chance to restore them?
 
Probably not. It depends upon what the rules were. You can search the
message store directory using Explorer and see if you can find any of them.
