trouble with ie6.0 xp sp2

when i use ie6.0 i am sometime getting microsoft
reporting error message ie6.0 has encountered a problem &
sry for the encountered a problem & oe6.0 shuts down & i'm
at desktop. now when i try using msn internet explorer i
try 2 addto my favroites, i get the same error message &
end up at desktop. i am runing windows XP SP2 also when
i'm on a site & want to change rooms i freeze up & have to
use ctrl-alt-delete & i have 2 relogin 2 ie 6.0 please
can you help me end this. tyvm loulikeyou
