Trouble with Explore 6.0

We are having some irritating problems Explore. We are
running XP and there are four users account set up and
all have administrator privileges. We are on a dial up
service. The computer is a home built 1.2g amd with 256
of memory.

The problem is the tab key isn't working along with ctrl
C, and ctrl V. Some of the windows won't close unless we
use the task master. Not all of the users are having
this problem. With in the last week I deleted my user
account and make a new one and it is still doing it.

Do you have any ideas on how to fix the problem

Not being able to close windows would indicate that you have been hacked by
some parasites.
