G Guest Jun 1, 2007 #1 My 2007 Word NEW documents are NOT blank. How can I reset them so they are blank again?
S Summer Jun 1, 2007 #2 Close Word Application 2007 In C:\Documents and Settings\UserName\Application Data\Microsoft\Templates Rename or Delete Normal.dotm Reopen Word Application 2007 Word will rebuild Normal.dotm with default settings. OR you can locate Normal.dotm and "delete" words of page but if you are unsure just do as above. Hope this helps.
