Trouble with adding an uploading feature to my site

I want to add an upload feature to my site. I have problems when trying to
adjust the properties of the destination folder. All the check mark choices
such as "allow anonymous upload" are shaded and I cannot figure out why.
Does anyone know how to solve this? Or another way of providing an upload
link to my clients? They need to upload pics and video's to me. Thank you.

Are you doing this on the live/remote server and is the server running Windows IIS, which is
required, and your web host must allow you to use this feature?

I've opened a support ticket with my hosting co. My guess is they don't
support it - They run FP Extentions but I have had problems with other FP
applications. I'm building a website for my business, I don't know a lick of
code, so I am using all the features FP has to offer me. Any suggestions of
good host sites that fully support FP? Thanks for your help.

It took SetupSite.com about 15 minutes to enable uploads for me. They also have an upload
component i used.
