File upload button in FP forms

Hi I have created a form for customers to submitt an ad to our site
http://www.yellowfinyachts.com/submission_form.htm
the form works great but I need to change the file permissions on the folder
that I am uploading the pics to but they are grayed out I have changed the
permissions on the server and I am running the proper extensions on the
server. I do the following to the file named "_customer_uploads right click
on the file in the folder list choose properties allow scripts to be run and
allow anonymous upload to this directory are grayed out and I can not check
them to make this work. thanks in advance

"Allow scripts to be run" needs to be cleared, not checked, then the other
selections will become available.
If the "allow scripts to be run" is grayed out then ask your host to change
the permissions.
