Trouble viewing Snapshot

I want to e-mail a snapshot view of an Access report to customers, but the
customers must either have Access 2000 or have downloaded Snapshot Viewer
from the MS website. Is there some way to e-mail Access reports with slight
graphics on them where the customer will be able to view them more easily?
rtf file doesn't format correctly.
