Viewing a snapshot when don't have Access

I'm generating a report in Access and then e-mailing it to customers as a
snapshot (.snp). Customers can only view the snapshot if they have Access
2000 or if they have downloaded Snapshot from the Microsoft website. Is
there any way to automatically make it open where they can read it, or is
there any way to export an Access report that has a few graphics? rtf format
doesn't work - it messes up the formatting. Thank you!

You can save it as a pdf file and email it. I use "cute pdf writer" which
is freeware. You can do a search in google and dowload it.

You could buy our batch reporting module and automate a routine to generate
a ten thousand pdf files and email them to all of your customers. Not sure
how many customers you have so I went for a big number.

Or you could use our other product and create a web site for customers to
run their own report.

In general pdf is better than snapshot format.
