Trouble shooting error 0x00000071, please help!!!

I have no idea what to do on my computer and all the
services on the website aren't useful because I can't get
into my computer to get the product ID or anything. It
keeps coming up to a blue screne that says that here is
an error 0x00000071 and that sesion5_instilation_failed.
I have no idea what to do. PLEASE HELP!!!

don't have any additonal information either, just the description:

Bug Check 0x71: SESSION5_INITIALIZATION_FAILED

The SESSION5_INITIALIZATION_FAILED bug check has a value of
0x00000071. This indicates that the Windows initialization failed.

I've never seen this STOP error before, but it sounds serious. Has
anything changed on the server prior to this (installed new
program / driver /hardware)?
Have you tried to start with the LastKnownGood option?
If that doesn't work, I guess you'll need to try to repair your
Windows installation.
