trouble sharing 1 users calendar

I originally posted this in the calendaring group, but it seems like it does
not get much traffic, so I am now posting it here. Sorry about the double
post.

Hi,
I am having a problem sharing only 1 users calendar.
Exchange 2003 on SBS 2003 server, outlook 2003.

We actually use pop3 for email, not thru the servers pop3 connector, we use
exchange for calendaring and internal emails. We have each users outlook
grabbing the pop3 mail, thru a 2nd email account setup. ( I know this is not
ideal, but the boss won't pay for the static ip)

This calendar sharing works for all but 1 user, can't figure out why this
is, I have even tried setting permissions on a 2nd computer for this account,
but it still does not work. Permissions *seem* to be correct, all options
are checked.

The way we do it is user 1 logs into OWA, and then adds \user2\calendar to
the url.
user 1 gets message : The page cannot be found
The page you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed,
or is temporarily unavailable.

User 1 does not use outlook for email, so user 1 uses OWA for calendar
functions.

user 2 logs into OWA and then adds \user1\calendar to url, all works fine.
user 2 can also use outlook to look at user 1's calendar
No user can open user1's calendar no matter how they try, and permissions
are set up.

problem only happens with user1's calendar, and user1 can use the calendar
without any problems either with outlook or owa

any suggestions?

Ok, after going in to the sharing permissions, and granting full permission
to default, a user using outlook can view user1's calendar, but still nobody
can use owa to view this calendar, and all other shared calendars are
accessable from OWA. I have now set default back to none, and same results.
user1's calendar is accessable from the outlook program, but not OWA.

Now I am really confused.....
