Trouble Removing AutoComplete Entries

Hi,

I'm having removing the AutoComplete entries in the
Address bar of the browser. I've cleared history, deleted
cookies and temp files, and turned off AutoComplete for
web addresses.

But a subset of addresses are still being suggested when
I start typing in the address field. How do I fix this?

Stan,
These are coming from the index.dat file in the History folder.
Free History Eraser from
http://smartprotector.com/eraser/free-history-eraser.htm will delete the
History folder (and the index.dat file) and a new one will be created when
you restart.
Or the History folder can be deleted manually:

Additional advice:
You might (or might not) want to turn off Autocomplete (inline) from Tools>
Options> Advanced and/or Options> Content> Autocomplete. I like Inline
Autocomplete- not everyone does.
