trouble opening attatchments

I installed outlook 2007 a couple weeks ago. Everything was working great; I
didn't change a thing and all of a sudden I can no longer open attatchments
in my emails. It will let me open the preview but not the actual document.
I am an employee of Insight Communications and this is a very big problem.
Please.....anyone that can help would be VERY MUCH appreciated. You can

correct your issue
