opening attatchments

Explorer will not let me open any attatchments anymore.
It tells me OE is protecting me. How can I open my
attatchments?

Tools menu > Options > Security tab
Uncheck "Do not allow attachments...."
(Assuming you really want to disable this security feature)

In OE go to Tools | Options | Security and uncheck "Do not allow
attachments...".
