Attatchments

Hello,
I am trying to open an attatchment I recently recieved but
it says "OE removed access to the following unsafe
attatchment in your mail:"

I know the person who sent it to me so I know it is safe
to open, how do I get OE to open the attatchment?

Tools-> Options-> tab Security-> option Do not allow attachments...
