Why can't I open a pdf attatchment?

When i recieve a rx.pdf attatchment it gives me this message:

can't create file rx.pdf. Right clikc the folder you want
to create the file in, and then click Properties on the Shortcut menu
to check the permissions for the folder.

I have done this to adobe reader, because that i the previous place the file
was opened. I am having a very hard time with this. If someone has any
insight on this, it would be such a help.

Attachments in Outlook need to be on the local disk before you can open them.
Outlook does this in the Outlook Secure Temp Folder. Once in awhile that
folder doesn't empty when it closes. (See
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/817878/en-us) One of the Office service
packs was supposed to have dealt with this issue, but
in reading the article, it seems unlikely. However you can manually clear
the folder yourself:
