Cannot open .pdf in Outlook 2000

Running .... XPP, Office SBE, Outlook 2000, Adobe Reader 7.0

I cannot open all .pdf attachments in Outlook 2000 (some do, some do not).
This has been occuring over the past two days. I have upgraded my Adobe
Reader to 7.0; but still cannot open or 'save as'. Error message "cannot
save attachment. Can't creat file: ***.pdf. Right-click the folder you want
to create the file in, and then click Properites on the shirtcut menu to
check you permission for the folder".

The PC is set to recevie automatic updates, but if some security measure was
now in place requiring higher permission, would this not affect all .pdf file
and not just some?

Any help appreciated ... thanks

Clear your Outlook Secure Temp Folder and try again. You can find your
folder by checking the following registry key;
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\9.0\Outlook\Security
