I kept trying to install SP2 from the website, but it never worked. So I
finally got the CD-ROM and it goes almost all the way through, but suddenly
stops. A little error message pops up with a white X in a red circle that
says "Access denied." It forces me to push the OK buttton and then shows this
message "Service Pack 2 installation did not complete. Select 'OK' to undo
the changes that have been made." And it doesn't give me any other option, so
the SP2 Removal Wizard runs and everything is automatically uninstalled. I've
tried several times and the same thing keeps happening. Any ideas what the
problem could be? Any information would be greatly appreciated!
