Within Outlook 2003 I can't permanently install the newsreader. After
installing the "News" button on my toolbar, the first time I clicked on
"News" the Outlook Newsreader worked fine. But after closing the newsreader
and later clicking on "News" a second time, I got an Explorer-My
Computer-file manager-type window, where various files are listed without
any access to the Outlook Newsreader. By the way, I could
not place "News" on the "Go" menu. The best I could do was to create a new
menu button next to "Go" on the toolbar. Any ideas or suggestions?
