Trouble editing email in Outlook 2003 SP2

I have a user that has a problem editing emails. When she puts the curser
where she wants to add text, presses the space bar or enters puctuation, etc,
"[LastName, FirstName]" appears. This is her email display name. It also
showed up as a smart tag, until I removed it as a smart tag. Removing it
from the smart tag didn't help, now it shows up as bolded just text. I
checked Auto Correct Options but didn't see anything that would cause this.
Thanks for your help.

Tell her to click Tools>Options>E-mail Options and uncheck the box labeled
"Mark my comments with".
