Trouble downloading & printing coupons

When trying to print certain coupons keep getting message to uncheck "keep
printed documents" in printers properties. When I go to printers properties
& uncheck & hit apply it does not work. ??????????? HELP ME PLEASE!!!!!!
 
Most likely, your printer is not compatable with the coupon service you're
using. I ran into the same problem. They limit your ability to reprint
coupons by not allowing you to print to all-in-one printers. Check the online
coupon service you're using, and it will give you the details on what
printers are not allowed.
 
Humm, what about printing to .PDF ?
