Blank Page, HELP !

Hello, here is my problem:
When I go to a site like "Costco" to upload pics from my pics file to
Costco

( then pick the prints up at the store)... upon clicking the "upload photos"
it goes right to a totally blank (white) page. NO error message... nothing!
Sometime there is the word "done" in the lower left corner next to the IE
icon on the lower border of the window. I have contacted HP ( the manufacturer) and my ISP. I have tried SO
many things. It also does this when I go to "view coupons" on the site called
"Coupon Bug"

I'm using Windows XP and Internet Explorer 6
