I recently signed up with Netscape. When everyting was downloaded, part of
what I got was TruSwitch which transfers email files from the old to the new.
I never used it and have tried to delete it. There were three parts, I
think.
I sucessfully deleted most of it but when I try to get rid of
TruInstall.exe, I get an error message: " Cannot delete TruInstall: Access is
denied. Make sure the disk is not full or write-protected and that the file
is not in use."
The TruSwitch leftovers are causing problems. I've tried to delete it every
way I can think of, restarted again and again. It just won't go away.

Help please.

Restart the computer and press F8 just before the Windows XP logo. Then
select Safe Mode. Once in Safe Mode, you should be able to delete the files
without a problem.

I'll try it. Thanks.
