trouble connecting internet account

Need help connecting my hotmail account to my internet account when I try to
email from craigs list my computer wants to take me through an internet set
wizard which fails to let use my hotmail account I have attempted to upgrade
to fix the problem what do I do now?

Windows Mail cannot access Hotmail, or any http accounts

Clicking on a mail link on a website uses the MailTo handler
which normally calls the default mail program.

Do you ever use Windows Mail or any other POP mail client?
If not, and you only use Live Hotmail, you can make it the
mail app which handles defaults like the MailTo:
