trouble booting xp 64-bit

Hello,

I have a 64-bit AMD processor and I want to install
windows XP 64 on my computer. I downloaded the iso file
and burned on a cd. When I boot from the cd, I get the
following message: "press ctrl-alt-del, ntldr not found"
some kind of message. :)
What is the problem here? Can anyone help me to solve this
problem?
It is a bootable cd and I see all the files on the cd, but
the cd doesn't boot automatically. In the bios, the
bootdrive is the cd-rom-drive.

Kindly regards

ISO Recorder is a third-party add-on for Windows XP that adds image file writing capability:
Right-click an image file and choose Copy Image to CD.
