Trouble Archiving

I am having trouble archiving in Outlook 2002.
Everytime I try to archive, I get an error message that
says that not able to archive because the file has been
moved, deleted or access is denied.
Can anyone help or give ideas on what to try?
I have a computer tech trying to help but he is also
stumped with this one.

What is the overall size of the archive.pst file, and how many items do the
destination folders contain? Exceeding the limits on .PST files and/or the
folders within them can cause that error message.
