Trojan virus

I used norton and AVG I couldn't get red of this virus:
Trojan horse Downloader.Kneeval.c
is found in file C:\ystem volume.
Anyone has an idea???

Try using spyware which is free on the web.

Do a search for All these apps and install and run. This
should cure the problem.

Ad-aware, CWShredder, Spybot - Search & Destroy,
SpwareBlaster, Moosoft ( The Cleaner ). Also be aware you
need to update at regular intervals.

Did you turn System Restore "off" prior to virus
scanning?? If not the virus will remain in the system
restore files and you cannot delete it.

Turn off system restore (right click My Computer, Properties, System
Restore), reboot, scan again, turn on system restore, reboot.
