trojan TJZ

I had a problem with pop up windows advertising antivirus and debt solutions
everytime I used internet explorer. I was told to turn off system restore and
do spyware and antirus span with trend micro. what came up were,trojan
TJZ,trojanYJH and w32/backdoor AKVI.I thought that would do the trick but
no,I've just done another scan and the same things have come up.My antivirus
deletes the files that are infected and most have RESTORE in the
definition.Is that significant?

Going by what you say, it appears that the files are not deleted properly
from your computer and are just quarantined and left in the system.

You should probably download Windows Defender available in the below link
and do a thorough scan of your system.

This gives you details about the programs good and not good for your
computer. Additionally, when you scan the computer using trend micro, it may
show you the trojan files location. go to that location and check if the
files are still present. Do send me the results of the scan you have
completed.
