trojan horse virus removal

My norton antivirus found trojan horse in my
c:\windows\winlogon.exe file on windows xp. Norton AV is
unable to remove it nor fix it. I was unable to delete
this file. How can I delete that file and how it is going
to affect my computer? Thank you.

Look in the NAV quarantined section, delete all the quarantined files.
